CROOK LOG PRIMARY SCHOOL
HOME SCHOOL AGREEMENT
The School will:
(a) Encourage children to do their best at all times.
(b) Inform parents of any concerns or problems that affect their child's work or behaviour.
(c) Encourage children to take care of their surroundings and others around them.
(d) Inform parents of the children's progress at regular meetings
(e) Inform parents about what the teachers aim to teach the children each term.
(f) Issue and maintain homework as detailed in the Homework Policy.
(g) Create a secure and safe environment for the children.
The Family will:
(a) Support the School's aims as detailed above.
(b) Inform School of any concerns or problems that might affect their child's work or behaviour.
(c) Support the School Behaviour Policy and Parental Code of Conduct
(d) Make sure their child arrives at school and is collected on time.
(e) Make sure their child attends regularly, provide a note of explanation when absent and avoid holidays in term time.
(f) Attend Open Evenings to discuss their child's progress.
(g) Ensure that homework is completed in accordance with the Homework Policy.
The child will keep these Golden Rules for work and behaviour:
(a) I will treat people as I expect to be treated.
(b) I will be helpful and kind.
(c) I will be friendly and polite.
(d) I will take good care of the equipment and building.
(e) I will walk inside the building.
(f) I will talk quietly.
(g) I will always try to do my best.
WE WILL WORK IN PARTNERSHIP TO SUPPORT ALL CHILDREN ENABLING THEM
TO DO THEIR BEST.
I/we have read the Home School Agreement and return a signed copy herewith.
